Specialists of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Region continue to provide consultations and social services to citizens, including internally displaced persons (IDPs), in different parts of the country.
During the past week, meetings were held:
🔹 For residents of the Kramatorsk City Territorial Community — in Kyiv;
🔹 For residents of the Mariupol City Territorial Community — in Kyiv;
🔹 For residents of the Volnovakha District — in Poltava.
Video conference meetings were conducted:
🔸 For residents of the Mariupol City Territorial Community — in Zaporizhzhia, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kalush, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Uzhhorod, Rivne, and Zhytomyr;
🔸 For residents of the Mariupol District — in Kyiv.
Participants received explanations regarding pension assignment and recalculation, housing and utility subsidies and benefits, as well as insurance and social payments.
Visitors of the humanitarian hubs were also provided with practical assistance in using the electronic services of the Pension Fund’s web portal — https://portal.pfu.gov.ua/.
Special attention was given to informing attendees about the procedures for pension and insurance payments to persons who are temporarily abroad, reside in temporarily occupied territories, or have relocated to government-controlled areas of Ukraine (in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 299 of February 11, 2025).
