Unity is when there is no distance between “I” and “we.”
On January 22, we commemorate the Act of Unification — the day when Ukrainians proclaimed a simple yet powerful truth: we are one country, one people, and share responsibility for one another. Not on paper, but in our hearts and in our daily choices.
Today, unity has a very concrete meaning. It is when some hold the front line, others hold the rear, and together we stand for what we share and do not allow the enemy to tear Ukraine apart — by lines of contact, by fear, or by despair.
I wish all of us unity, resilience, and wisdom. May Ukrainian unity be both geographical and social.
Let us care for one another. Let us fight for one another. And let us win — together!
