If your employer fails to comply with the terms of your employment contract, you can take the following steps:
Send a written request to your employer demanding that they remedy the violations and comply with the terms of the employment contract. You can also contact your union, if you are a member, for assistance and support.
Submit a written complaint to the State Labor Service of Ukraine for advice and assistance.
File a lawsuit in court to establish the fact that the employer has violated the terms of the employment contract, to restore your violated rights, and to claim compensation for moral and material damages. You may use the services of a lawyer or other representative of your choice. You may also file a lawsuit with the assistance and support of a labor union if you are a member.
Do not accept violations of your rights and the terms of your employment contract by your employer. Declared work is your future and your dignity!
