As part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities,” an online meeting was held for specialists from the inclusive resource centers of partner communities on the topic “How to Support the Development of Children with Special Educational Needs at Home.”
The event was attended by representatives of inclusive resource centers from the Siverska community in Donetsk Oblast, the Onokivska community in Zakarpattia Oblast, and the Olhopil community in Vinnytsia Oblast.
The purpose of the meeting was to exchange professional experience among IRC specialists, provide practical recommendations to parents on supporting the development of children with special educational needs at home, and strengthen cooperation between communities.
During the online discussion, participants discussed effective approaches to organizing remedial and developmental work at home, shared successful practices for interacting with families, and exchanged ideas on creating a supportive environment for the development of children with special educational needs.
Such meetings contribute to the professional growth of specialists, unite communities around shared values, and help find new ways to support children and their families.
Together, side by side, we are working to ensure that every child has the opportunity to develop, learn, and realize their potential.
