Relocating a business is always a challenge—especially during wartime. However, entrepreneurs from Donetsk region continue to prove that faith in their work, along with state support, can help them persevere and offer employment opportunities to others.

Entrepreneur Valeriia Yanshyna relocated her business from Kurakhove to the city of Dnipro. The move was not easy, but she managed to resume operations while preserving her passion for her craft. Her flower shop, Narciss Flowers, warmly opened its doors to customers in the new location.

To strengthen her team and simultaneously help job seekers, Valeriia turned to the Employment Service. With support from the center's specialists, she was able to hire two internally displaced women and received wage compensation for their employment.

The Donetsk Regional Employment Service continues to support businesses that are rebuilding after relocation, helping employers find workers—and helping people find jobs.
