Public works are more than just temporary employment. They are a real opportunity to support your community during challenging times, contribute to Ukraine’s resilience and recovery efforts, and earn an official income at the same time.
Since the beginning of this year alone, more than 3,000 referrals for public works have already been issued in Donetsk region.
What Do Participants Do?
• Helping those who need it most: providing care and support to elderly residents, people with limited mobility, and persons with disabilities.
• Humanitarian assistance: unloading, packaging, and delivering humanitarian aid packages.
• Eliminating the consequences of attacks: clearing debris after enemy shelling.
• Recovery efforts: participating in repair work on damaged facilities and helping maintain essential community services.
Important: For many residents of the region, this assistance is critical for survival. Your efforts can make a real difference in their lives.
Compensation for a full month of public works currently amounts to at least UAH 8,647. However, the greatest rewards are the experience gained, new skills acquired, a sense of purpose, and the opportunity to contribute to an important cause.
