Despite the ongoing fighting in Donetsk Oblast, specialists from DTEK Donetsk Electric Grids managed to restore power supply to five settlements that had been cut off due to enemy attacks. Electricity has now been returned to 11,400 local households. The company’s specialists are doing everything possible to restore electricity in the region as soon as conditions allow and the military grants permission for work to proceed.
Fierce battles continue across Donetsk Oblast. Nevertheless, during the past 24 hours, emergency crews from DTEK Donetsk Electric Grids were able to carry out repair work in five communities in the region. Power supply was restored to 11,399 households that had been left without electricity due to shelling.
The DTEK Donetsk Electric Grids team has been working non-stop for 1,253 days and continues to carry out repairs as soon as the situation and military permit. The energy workers are committed to restoring electricity to all residents of the region as soon as they receive clearance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
