They say that finding the perfect business partner is extremely difficult. Such a person must be reliable, responsible, hardworking, and genuinely committed to a shared goal. But what if that partner is someone who is always by your side not only in business, but also in life?
For Liliia and Artur Baranov, family and business have become inseparable. Together they make decisions, overcome challenges, celebrate achievements, and raise their daughter. Their story is an example of how love, mutual support, and a common purpose can become the solid foundation of a successful enterprise.
Founded by the family in the 1990s, the company Prokom has successfully operated in the fields of lumber production, transportation services, and the sale of construction materials.
Life has tested them more than once. In 2014, the Baranov family was forced to leave their native Luhansk region in order to preserve what mattered most—their freedom, dignity, and the opportunity to live and work on their homeland’s free soil. Kramatorsk became their new beginning.
A major boost to the company’s development came through cooperation with the Employment Service. Thanks to the “Own Business” program, the family received a grant to expand their enterprise. They also took advantage of compensation programs for hiring people who needed support in the labor market the most.
Over the years, the family has created dozens of jobs, extended a helping hand to people who had fled dangerous areas, employed persons with disabilities, and actively engaged in volunteer activities.
