On July 25, 2025, employees of the social protection sector of Donetsk Oblast took part in an online training on “Digital Literacy and Cyber Hygiene: Modern Tools, Safe Work and Effective Communication”.
The event was attended by representatives of the Department of Social Protection of the Regional State Administration, social protection departments of district state administrations and city councils of the region.
The participants gained practical skills in
working with cloud services and spreadsheets
-Maintaining electronic document management,
personal data protection,
the basics of cyber hygiene, countering phishing and information threats.
The event was organized by Stabilization Support Services with the support of UNHCR as part of the project “Supporting the capacity of state institutions and local communities to strengthen the social protection system in Ukraine”.
