13 kilograms of fresh meat goes into delicious juicy cutlets for lunch for 150 people at the charity canteen in the transit point in Pavlohrad.
Approximately that many evacuees from the front line are fed daily in the transit shelter in Dnipropetrovsk region.
At the frying station is often tireless Olechka. This work is not easy: the field kitchen is located outdoors. In winter, they had to cook in the cold, and now — in the heat. But Olga never complains and manages everything: she keeps an eye on the hall, takes care of guests with limited mobility, and watches over the cutlets. Everything burns under her hands. Everything except the food!
Thanks to the support of partners Caritas Ukraine and Caritas Norge, they can meet those who have been forced to leave their homes with hot homemade meals every day. And although they have lost a lot, we want them to feel at least a little warmth and care here.
