In the communities of Donetsk region, they provide consultations on gas distribution issues.

In June, over 250 subscribers received professional consultations from Donetskoblgas during field receptions.

The questions concerned the verification of the latest gas meter readings, as well as the re-registration of personal accounts. In addition, during such visits, gas utility operators provided consumers with paper receipts for gas distribution.

In particular, specialists from Kramatorsk UGG provided consultations to 77 subscribers. In the village of Yasnohirka, 31 subscribers took advantage of the field reception, in Krasnotorka — 9 subscribers. In the village of Bilenke, 37 consumers were received.

Specialists from Sloviansk UGG provided consultations to 178 subscribers. They worked weekly in Mykolaivka, where a total of 99 subscribers were received. Services were also provided to 20 subscribers in the village of Pryvillia, 18 in the village of Cherkask, 25 in the village of Bylbasivka, and 16 subscribers in the village of Novomykolaivka.
