Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, announced that 12 children from 8 hromadas across Donetsk Oblast have departed for a recreational and psychological recovery session at the "Artek" International Children's Center as part of the 10th thematic shift titled "Artek Citizens: Guardians of Ukraine".
The state-funded vouchers were prioritized for children requiring special social attention and support, including:
Children deprived of parental care.
Children from large families.
Internally displaced children forced to leave their homes due to Russian military aggression.
Сore Activities: The shift integrates national-patriotic training, team-building exercises, civil defense and safety workshops, creative pursuits, and volunteer projects.
Special emphasis is placed on physical rehabilitation and specialized psychological support to help children cope with war-related trauma.
Funding Source:** All vouchers are provided 100% free of charge by the Ministry of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine under state support initiatives.
