Published 22 September 2026 year, 11:46

As part of the Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II (N4CB-II) project, funded by the European Union, two new groups of Ukrainian government officials have been formed to participate in the upcoming sessions of the Targeted Training Program on developing knowledge and analytical skills in the field of European integration.

Sixteen participants have been selected to take part in the 10th and 11th sessions of the program at the College of Europe in Natolin. Each session will bring together eight representatives from Ukrainian central government agencies for a six-week training program at the College of Europe in Natolin. The program combines academic classes, expert mentoring, study visits, and analytical work, helping participants develop the knowledge and skills necessary for their work in the context of Ukraine’s EU accession process. Both sessions will focus on Negotiation Cluster 1, “Fundamentals of the EU Accession Process.”

The 10th session will run from September 14 to October 23, 2026, and the 11th session will take place from November 2 to December 11, 2026.

The 10th session will be attended by representatives from:

  • the State Customs Service of Ukraine;
  • the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption;
  • the Constitutional Court of Ukraine;
  • the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine;
  • the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
  • the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine;
  • the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The 11th session will be attended by representatives from:

  • the Secretariat of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights;
  • the Accounting Chamber;
  • the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
  • the State Service of Ukraine for Ethnic Policy and Freedom of Conscience;
  • the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine;
  • the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine;
  • the Supreme Court.

New sessions will begin following the conclusion of the program’s 9th session on September 4, 2026. At the end of the training, participants shared advice with colleagues who are preparing to join the next sessions.

“I recommend enrolling in the College of Europe in Natolin, because here you can gain in-depth knowledge of EU legislation. My advice is to immerse yourself deeply in the program from the very beginning, ask questions, and learn new things,” said Mykhailo Bondarenko of the State Audit Service of Ukraine.

“I would advise future participants to make the most of every day, every moment. It’s very important to be present in the moment, because time flies by incredibly fast. While you’re here, you should take full advantage of this opportunity, because it will truly make a big difference later on,” — Olena Chernyavska, State Audit Service of Ukraine.
