Vadym Filashkin presented the defenders with the “Badge of Honor” and “Defender of Donetsk Oblast” breast badges, as well as certificates and letters of appreciation from the Donetsk Regional State Administration. Behind each of these awards lies courage, resilience, and fierce battles fought for Ukraine.
