The Presidential Award of Ukraine “For the Defense of Ukraine” was presented to Volodymyr Kolosov, Head of the Pokrovsk District Military Administration, for his dedication and significant personal contribution to the defense of the state during martial law.
In addition, Honor Badges, Certificates of Honor, and Letters of Appreciation from the Donetsk Regional State Administration were awarded to community employees, utility workers, and representatives of district and local administrations who participated in the construction of military engineering and fortification structures.
“These are people whose work often remains behind the scenes, yet it is of tremendous importance for the defense of the region. Each of them, in their respective role, is helping make Donetsk region stronger.
I thank them for their responsibility, resilience, and commitment to achieving results,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
