The meeting was chaired by the Minister for Recovery, Infrastructure, and Transport, Mykola Kalashnyk.
Participants discussed the readiness of regions for the heating season and the operation of critical systems under martial law. For Donetsk Oblast, the key issue is to secure infrastructure as much as possible from the consequences of Russian strikes and to be ready to quickly restore operations after damages.
Special attention was given to backup power sources, as the resilience of communal infrastructure during potential power outages directly depends on them.
Preparations for winter continue. Our task is to go through it as stably as possible, even under the conditions imposed by war.
