Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Chief of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin met with Oleksandr Honcharenko, Head of the Kramatorsk City Military Administration.
Around 50,000 residents remain in the community, making their safety and the uninterrupted operation of essential public services the top priorities.
The meeting focused on the evacuation of children and people with limited mobility. As Russian attacks continue to intensify, the authorities are working to encourage residents not to risk their lives and to ensure that those who choose to evacuate receive proper assistance and support.
The participants also discussed the operation of social services and healthcare facilities, preparations for the upcoming online school year, and the community's readiness for the autumn and winter season.
"There are 14 Points of Invincibility operating in the Kramatorsk community. They must be fully equipped to function during prolonged power outages, and there should also be a clear plan for increasing their number if necessary.
Special attention must also be given to the evacuation of cultural heritage assets and the repair of roads along evacuation routes.
We are keeping these issues under constant supervision. Kramatorsk remains under continuous threat, so decisions must be made quickly, and the responsible services must act in a coordinated manner," Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
