When a person has a clear vision and a concrete plan to implement their ideas, success becomes a reality. However, turning ideas into reality often requires financial resources. This is where government business support programs come in, allowing entrepreneurs to receive funding to start or develop their own business.
A vivid example is Nataliia Pesliak from Sloviansk. For more than 10 years, she worked in the logistics sector and had experience running a business. Nataliia decided to develop her own company specializing in the transportation of food products and related goods. However, she needed specialized transport — a refrigerated vehicle with a cooling unit for transporting goods that require a controlled temperature.
Nataliia learned about the government program “Own Business” from specialists of the employment service. Thanks to her participation in the program, the entrepreneur received a grant, purchased a vehicle, and created two new jobs.
Recruiters from the employment center helped select staff for the vacant positions of administrator and driver. But the support did not end there. Employment service specialists also offered Nataliia additional opportunities for financial support, including compensation programs for employing registered unemployed persons in newly created jobs.
