Escalation & Guided Aerial Bomb Strikes: Enemy forces continue daily, widespread shelling across Donetsk Oblast, regularly targeting major urban centers—specifically Kramatorsk and Sloviansk—with guided aerial bombs (KABs).
Civilian Evacuations: Despite intense frontline bombardment, local authorities, rescue teams, and volunteer organizations continue structured evacuations, relocating residents and children to safer host regions across Ukraine.
Heating Season Preparedness: Regional authorities and municipal services are actively preparing critical energy and heating infrastructure to ensure essential utility services for civilian populations remaining in the region through the 2026/27 winter.
