Students from higher education, pre-higher education, and vocational education institutions who were forced to leave their native Bakhmut community joined forces with young people from Kremenchuk to study together.
As part of the Side by Side: United Communities project, a practical webinar on time management was held on the topic: "How to tame chaos and become the master of your time."
Today's students live in conditions of constant uncertainty: distance learning, air raid sirens, adapting to new cities. That is why the ability to manage one's own resources is no longer just a skill, but a real tool for survival and efficiency.
The speaker at the event was Kateryna Zhurbyluk, a practical psychologist and coordinator of the Psychological Resilience Center at the Gorlivka Institute of Foreign Languages.
Young people learned specific techniques to help them overcome the feeling of "not having enough time" and reduce stress levels. Participants received effective planning algorithms that will help them in their studies and in building a career in a free and successful Ukraine.
