When an employer is looking for an experienced specialist and a professional is searching for a new job opportunity, the "Experience Matters" initiative helps bring them together.
That is exactly what happened with the Territorial Center of Dobropillia, which, after relocating to Dnipro, needed a social work specialist. By joining the project, the institution was able to quickly find a candidate who matched the position's requirements.
After analyzing participants' profiles, the artificial intelligence system recommended Olena Sosnovtseva for the vacancy.
Olena is also originally from Dobropillia. After losing her job due to the war and relocating to Dnipro, she turned to the Employment Service for assistance. There, she learned about the national "Experience Matters" project, completed advanced training at one of the State Employment Service's Vocational Education and Training Centers, and registered as a participant.
The combination of modern AI technology and the professional support provided by employment service specialists helped the employer and the candidate find each other.
An online interview, a probationary period, and familiarization with the institution's work confirmed that Olena's professional experience, knowledge, and skills fully met the employer's needs.
