If a pensioner needs to switch pension payments from the post office to a bank, change the banking institution, or update payment details, they must submit an appropriate application to the Pension Fund of Ukraine to ensure timely receipt of pension payments.

🖊 To do this, log in to the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine using a qualified electronic signature (QES).
📄 You will need to prepare scanned copies of the following documents in advance:
