Despite constant enemy shelling and the danger from drones, police break through to the frontline villages of Pokrovsk district every day. This time, they managed to evacuate two elderly women, a seriously ill man, and a wounded man who survived a drone attack.
Among the evacuees is an 85-year-old resident of Zvirove village. Back in February, she was forced to walk to Pokrovsk to escape the active hostilities in her native village. There she was sheltered by caring people. But enemy shells hit the house where she was temporarily living. She miraculously survived and decided to evacuate to a safer place.
The crew took another civilian to a hospital in Dobropillya. The man was attacked by an enemy drone while he was traveling on business. He was injured as a result of the attack.
The police also transported a seriously ill man who needed urgent qualified medical care.
The situation in Pokrovsk district remains extremely dangerous. Enemy drones control the roads, and UAVs and artillery are flying into residential areas every day. For many residents of the frontline villages, White Angels is the only chance for salvation.
