1. Employment or Other Gainful Activity
The best possible reason—our joint efforts have paid off, and you have found a job. If you become officially employed, your registration is terminated from the date your employment begins.
2. Failure to Report to the Employment Center
It is important to attend scheduled appointments. If you fail to appear at the employment center on the assigned date without a valid reason (and do not confirm your intention to continue seeking work and maintaining unemployed status), your registration may be terminated.
3. Providing False Information
Submitting documents containing false information or concealing facts about employment or income (for example, working under a civil law contract, engaging in entrepreneurial activity, or receiving caregiving benefits or compensation for caring for a person with a disability or an elderly person requiring constant assistance) constitutes a violation that may result in removal from the register.
4. Voluntary Request
You may submit a request to terminate your registration at any time if you choose to do so.
5. Changes in Life Circumstances or Status
Registration may also be terminated in the following cases:
Education: Enrollment in full-time education (including studies financed through a training voucher).
Retirement: Reaching retirement age or being granted an age-based pension under preferential terms or a long-service pension.
Travel Abroad: Failure to notify your employment advisor of your departure abroad within three days before crossing the border.
Military Service: Conscription, enlistment in military service, or assignment to alternative (non-military) service.
Incapacity for Work: Being officially recognized as unable to work based on the relevant medical documentation or a decision issued by the expert assessment team (formerly MSEC).
Imprisonment: A court judgment imposing imprisonment, restriction of liberty, or arrest becomes legally effective.
Death or Missing Status: The death of the unemployed person or a court decision declaring the person deceased or missing.
