In May, the “Phoenix” evacuation team made multiple trips to frontline areas to help civilians leave dangerous communities.
Thanks to the rescuers’ efforts, 64 people were evacuated, including 4 children and 16 individuals with limited mobility. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast.
Each evacuation was carried out under difficult conditions and required swift and coordinated actions by the rescuers to safely transport people to safer locations.
Efforts to rescue the civilian population continue on a daily basis. Rescuers continue to emphasize to citizens the necessity of evacuation to save their own lives.
