In order to coordinate actions on the proper preparation and submission of documents for the awarding of the honorary title of "Mother Heroine" in Donetsk region, a working meeting was organized with the participation of representatives of the State Service of Ukraine for Children's Affairs, structural divisions of executive bodies of territorial communities, which are engaged in the preparation and submission of materials for the awarding of the honorary title, together with the Department of Family, Youth and Mass Events of National and Patriotic Education and the Department of Personnel and Awards.
During the discussion, key issues related to the procedure for awarding the title were raised:
• the current state of preparation of document packages in communities;
• typical errors that occur during the preparation of materials;
• updating the regulatory framework governing the awarding of the title of "Mother Heroine";
• improving the quality of interaction between territorial communities and state bodies.
The participants of the meeting emphasized the importance of ensuring a transparent, clear and timely process of submitting candidacies of women who deserve high state recognition for selfless motherhood and significant contribution to raising children.
The meeting became an effective platform for open discussion, mutual exchange of practical experiences and coordination of approaches to improving the nomination procedure. This format of cooperation strengthens mutual understanding between the participants of the process and ensures high-quality organization of honoring women for their maternal devotion and contribution to raising children.
