Ось англійський переклад із збереженням структури та стилю оригіналу:

Sergeant Vladyslav Bilous, call sign “Odesa,” was killed on October 11, 2024, near the city of Toretsk. He sustained a fatal injury during an enemy assault. He was 28 years old.

Vladyslav was from the town of Liubashivka in the Odesa region. He trained as a gas and electric welder at the Balta Vocational School. In civilian life, he worked for the Judicial Security Service and in the police patrol service. He was passionate about sports, particularly boxing and Greco-Roman wrestling, and held the Candidate for Master of Sports title in the latter.

During the full-scale invasion, he defended Ukraine as part of the National Police of Ukraine. He served in the Police Special Operations Regiment of the “Tsunami” Assault Regiment of the “Liut” Joint Assault Brigade.

“Vladyslav loved life. He loved his wife and respected his family and parents. He was always ready to help his friends. In July 2024, Vladyslav got married. Sadly, he did not have enough time to enjoy married life. After the start of Russia’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine, he decided to join a police special operations unit. As part of the new unit, he took part in battles in the Donetsk and Kharkiv directions. He defended Klishchiivka, Vovchansk, Karlivka, and Toretsk. He repeatedly proved himself to be a brave fighter and comrade. He courageously carried out his assigned missions. I am proud of my husband. He was the best son, the best husband, and, sadly, he never had the chance to become the best father,” his wife Oleksandra said.

The defender was buried in his hometown.

Vladyslav is survived by his wife, parents, grandmother and grandfather, aunts, sisters, and brother.

At 9:00 a.m., a nationwide minute of silence is observed. The Donetsk Regional Military Administration and the Memorial of Heroes platform remember the fallen defenders from the Donetsk region.
