




Under the chairmanship of Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, a regular meeting of the Transparency and Accountability Working Group was held. This week, the group reviewed purchases made by the Zvanivska rural territorial community during the current year.
The head of the Zvanivska rural territorial community, Oleksandr Bilytskyi, reported that since the beginning of the year, the community has planned 14 purchases of goods and services worth UAH 57 million. The head of the community noted that most of the funds were spent on supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, constructing defensive structures, and purchasing fuel and lubricants, film, electronic warfare equipment, and an excavator.
Ihor Boiko noted that, according to information from the Donetsk Regional State Administration's Department of Economy, between September 9 and September 18, 2025, customers in the region's six territorial communities planned 13 purchases worth almost 21 million hryvnias.
He also stressed that the Transparency and Accountability Working Group, which also includes representatives of law enforcement agencies, will continue to monitor purchases made and planned by communities in the region.
