Шановні мешканці області!
Безпекова ситуація у регіоні за останній тиждень значно погіршилась. Щодня ворог обстрілює наші міста та села з усіх наявних видів озброєнь. Зокрема, окупанти використовують балістичні ракети та надпотужні авіабомби. На жаль, щодня маємо поранених та загиблих.
З огляду на постійні важкі обстріли, на засіданні регіональної комісії ТЕБ та НС прийняли важливе рішення про евакуацію родин з дітьми з деяких населених пунктів області.
Зокрема, необхідно вивезти дітей з Лиману, сіл Липове, Нове, Карпівка, Ставки Лиманської громади, села Прогрес Гродівської громади та селища Зоря Іллінівської громади. Наразі чекаємо на погодження цього рішення від Координаційного штабу з питань проведення обов'язкової евакуації населення в умовах воєнного стану.
Вкотре закликаю – евакуюйтесь до більш безпечних регіонів України. Знаходячись в області, ви ризикуєте своїм життям та життями своїх близьких.
Ми докладаємо всіх зусиль, щоб стримати ворога та не дати можливості йому просунутися, аби громадяни могли продовжувати жити та отримувати соціальне забезпечення від держави.
На цьому тижні оглянув заклади соціального захисту населення та пенсійного забезпечення. На часі маємо завдання забезпечити для наших громадян максимально безпечні умови отримання цих послуг.
На початку тижня мав нагоду особисто привітати талановитих дітей Донеччини — 23 учні з нашої області здобули нагороди на олімпіадах та конкурсі-захисті науково-дослідницьких робіт Малої академії наук України. Вручив всім призерам та трьом учителям нагороди від Донецької ОДА.
В рамках Всеукраїнської програми ментального здоров’я "Ти як?", ініційованої Оленою Зеленською, 90 дітей вирушили у подорож до Києва. Там вони ознайомляться з природною, культурною та історичною спадщиною України.
Заходи «Екологічними стежками рідної України» покликані покращити емоційний та психологічний стан дітей. Для нас це дуже важливо, адже наші діти вже третій рік живуть в надскладних умовах війни.
Хочу нагадати, що раніше призупинили роботу освітніх консультаційних пунктів для школярів. Заклади освіти вже давно є ціллю ворога, і ми не можемо ризикувати життями наших дітей. Тому усі освітні процеси наразі переведені в онлайновий формат. Всю позашкільну роботу також потрібно перевести в дистанційну форму.
Нашою спільною метою має бути захист дітей, а збирати багато діточок в одному місці зараз дуже небезпечно!
Разом з Головою Регіонального офісу УГКЦ ООН у місті Дніпро Альхаді АльБаріді обговорили нагальні гуманітарні питання для області та визначили напрямки ефективного реагування на нові виклики.
Під час зустрічі зосередили увагу на підтримці громад уздовж лінії фронту в Донецькій області, евакуації населення з прифронтових населених пунктів, а також шляхи зміцнення допомоги від гуманітарних партнерів для сприяння зусиллям місцевих органів влади.

Dear residents of the region,
The security situation in the region has significantly deteriorated over the past week. Our cities and villages are under daily enemy shelling from all available types of weapons. In particular, the occupiers are using ballistic missiles and powerful aerial bombs. Unfortunately, we have casualties and fatalities every day.
Due to ongoing heavy shelling, the regional TES and ES (commission on technogenic and environmental safety and emergency situations) meeting has made the important decision to evacuate families with children from certain settlements in the region.
Specifically, it is necessary to evacuate children from Lyman, the villages of Lypove, Nove, Karpivka, Stavky of Lymanska Hromada, the village of Prohres of the Hrodivka Hromada, and Zoria settlement of the Illinivka Hromada. Currently, we are awaiting approval of this decision from the Coordination Headquarters for mandatory population evacuation in wartime conditions.
I urge you once again - evacuate to safer regions of Ukraine. Being in the region, you are risking your life and the lives of your loved ones.
We are making every effort to hold back the enemy and not allow them to advance so that citizens can continue to live and receive social assistance from the state.
This week, I inspected social protection and pension institutions. Our task at hand is to ensure the maximum safe conditions for our citizens to access these services.
At the beginning of the week, I had the opportunity to personally congratulate talented children from Donetsk region - 23 students from our region received awards at Olympiads and contests of scientific research works of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. I presented awards to all winners and three teachers from Donetsk Oblast State Administration.
As part of the All-Ukrainian mental health program "How are you?", initiated by Olena Zelenska, 90 children set off on a trip to Kyiv. There, they will learn about the natural, cultural, and historical heritage of Ukraine.
The events "On the ecological paths of native Ukraine" are aimed at improving the emotional and psychological state of children. This is very important to us, as our children have been living in extremely difficult war conditions for the third year.
I want to remind you that earlier the work of educational consulting points for schoolchildren was suspended. Educational institutions have long been a target of the enemy, and we cannot risk the lives of our children. Therefore, all educational processes are currently transferred to an online format. All extracurricular activities also need to be transferred to a distance format.
Our common goal should be to protect children, and gathering a lot of kids in one place now is very dangerous!
Together with the Head of the Regional Office of the UN OCHA (United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs) in Dnipro Alhadi Al-Baridi, we discussed urgent humanitarian issues for the region and identified directions for effective response to new challenges.
During the meeting, we focused on supporting communities along the front line in Donetsk region, evacuating the population from front-line settlements, and ways to strengthen assistance from humanitarian partners to support the efforts of local authorities.
